I am a multidisciplinary designer and an aspiring data-driven marketer based in Miami, Florida. I am experienced in content marketing, branding, print design, web design, and have knowledge in copywriting, SEO, and e-commerce. In my free time I like to exercise, watch educational content, and experiment with different creative hobbies, such as 3D printing and cooking.
Education
I started my college education by attending Florida Southwestern State College and graduating in 2019 with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies. Afterwards, I attended Florida International University and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Digital Arts & Graphic Design, a minor in Art History, and a certificate in Digital Marketing Analytics, in 2022.
Currently, I am completing a rigorous 16-week Data Analytics Fellowship with COOP Careers, where I have accumulated over 200 hours of instruction in data analysis, visualization, and real-world project work, and was selected from a competitive pool of candidates.
Experience
My professional experience began with a graphic design Internship for designischange.org, where I was responsible for managing and updating 2 websites using WordPress, as well as creating mockups for branding presentations and content for Instagram.
Afterwards, I worked on creating promotional materials and content for clients and marketing channels, as part of my role as a graphic designer at a print shop. I planned social media campaigns to increase local brand awareness and learned how to operate print production machinery.
I later advanced into a brand designer position at a dental marketing company, where I was in charge of conceptualizing logos and designing branded stationary materials for multiple dental practices across the U.S. based on client’s target audience.
As a result of my growth, I progressed into an in-house marketing content designer role at a reputable company in the floral industry, where I created impactful marketing materials, including e-blasts, flyers, and social media content, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. I optimized product imagery for floral varieties to support marketing initiatives, demonstrating my expertise in visual storytelling and attention to detail. Additionally, I developed promotional assets like landing pages and sales sheets that ensure brand consistency and communicate product offerings effectively, strengthening brand loyalty and improving customer experience.
Beyond these roles, I have worked as a freelance graphic designer, handling branding projects, web design, video editing, and e-commerce marketing for clients in the entertainment and healthcare industries.
